August 10—Varsity-JV, 1 Hour
August 11—Varsity-JV, 1.5 mile warmup, 8x 2 minutes on 1 minute off-1 mile cool down
Freshmen, 1 mile warmup , 5x 2 minutes on 1 minute off 8 minute cool down
August 12, Varsity-JV-40 Minute easy
Freshmen-30 minutes easy
Zoom- mandatory all team @5pm
August 13- Fun day- swim, bike, core, beach day
August 14- Varsity-JV- Freshmen- 1 mile warmup , 14x 100 meters strides, 1 mile cool down
August 15-Varsity-JV- 6 Miles
Freshmen -5 mile
August-16-OFF ENJOY THE DAY

Advice from Coach Nash-- Wake Up Right
+ Avoid using an alarm clock with a loud and jarring ring. The ideal is to be nudged awake by a gentle
alarm or by a quiet knock on the door.
+ Make your morning drink of choice so that you can wake up gradually while enjoying the sensory pleasure, without rushing around.
+ Smile and generally get yourself into a happy, humorous frame of mind. Then do some stretching
and deep breathing exercises. As soon as you are in a positive mood, get dressed and continue to repeat
positive self-statements throughout your day.
