Summer 2020 Workouts
Welcome to DPXC Summer Training 2020!
We are officially entering summer training season, which begins on Monday, June 22, and will be virtual until further notice per District rules. These workouts are MANDATORY for returning Varsity and JV runners. Freshman runners, we have posted workouts specific for beginning runners, as well, and we highly recommend you begin training now to get in shape for the fall season. We will continue to hold weekly Zoom calls with the team. The dial-in information will be posted on the weekly workouts.
The District is hopeful that Phase One, in-person, small group training can begin for cross-country on July 6. We will continue to keep you updated. For the time being, we recommend athletes do workouts on their own, or with a member of their household, always maintaining proper social distance for their personal safety.
